Our top 100 brand ambassadors represent a beautiful, diverse unstoppable and powerful representation of the women of African countries. They are role models, wives, mothers of all kinds, entrepreneurs and leaders and true driving forces of our nation. Our contestants are African women of all backgrounds, appearances, belief systems and sexual orientations.

We believe in inclusivity and equality across all sectors and hope to challenge the negative stereotypes that surround the pageantry world.

We have incorporated world-renowned coaching, networking, business and like skills that are a necessity for women living in Africa.

We aim to create a legacy for generations to come and solidifying the Supreme Queen Global Earth Africa as one of the highly rated pageants in all African countries.

Cartier Lebatie
Director

Cartier is a qualified lawyer and Masters (LLM) candidate with qualifications ranging from an LLB Law Degree from the University of South Africa to a Paralegal Diploma from the University of Johannesburg, a Higher Certificate in Paralegal Studies (Commercial Practice) from Lyceum College and lastly, a Certificate in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

Cartier’s focus is predominately on the statutory regulations and guidelines aimed at the social media and digital marketing space where she ensures that both individuals and organisations are legally compliant with their various media campaigns and platforms.
 
She considers herself to be an expert in social media marketing and platform management.
 
She specialises in social media strategy, design, content development, calendar scheduling, influencer engagement, SEO, SEM and Google optimisation to ensure as well-developed and trusted social media presence that reaches various targeted audiences.
 
In addition,Cartier is a brand strategist with over six years’ experience in social media and digital branding who has worked with and been endorsed by several local and international brands such as Dolce and Gabbana, Coco-Cola, Michel Herbelin and BMW.
 
The Learning and Development sector is where Cartier thrives. Her passion stems from being able to ensure that knowledge and practice, enables one to leverage opportunities, drive innovation and achieve fulfilment.
 
She supports learning and development initiatives in striving to make a difference by supporting youth development through inclusion in the corporate space. Cartier’s strong legal background has allowed for her to develop strong drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills.
 
Cartier is young and dynamic which she considers to be an advantage in the industry as she is always current with the constant changing trends and latest social media strategies and platforms that occur.

Zinzi Mnyabiso
Marketing & Administrative

Zinzi Mnyabiso is a trail blazer within the corporate sphere as he holds a Bcom Honours in Industrial Psychology(Cum Laude). She has over 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field occupying positions such as HR Business Partner.

Her passion lies within the spectrum of communication and human development. Women empowerment initiatives is where Zinzi thrives and as such she managers operations and communications for both a legal advisory firm and an international leading women empowerment platform within the Southern African region. She plays to her strengths and uses her openness to challenges and growth to leverage her management and operational skills in complex situations.

Nyasha Matewe
Chief Legal Officer

Nyasha Matewe is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, holding an LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg and she is currently enrolled as an LLM candidate in Corporate Law at the University of South Africa.

Professionally her key focus areas are Corporate Commercial Law, Contract Law, and Corporate Governance. She also has extensive arbitration experience and has worked at a Specialist Bank and Asset Manager.

Roxy Van Bruwaene
Director-Chief Relations Officer

With her vast marketing, communications, and media qualifications and expertise, Roxy is currently a director at Atlas Property Group.

Roxy, is also no stranger to all things pageantry, as she is a former Mrs South Africa 2022, 1st Princess, Mrs Mpumalanga 2020, a former Director at Mrs Mpumalanga, Roxy is a pageant coach, mentor and events coordinator within the pageant realm.

She holds two degrees, Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising through Bond University, on Gold Coast of Australia and has also completed her WSET level 3 through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.
Further to this, Roxy is the founder of the #ENOUGH Campaign against Gender Based Violence and Femicide, a ‘Brand South Africa’ Ambassador, as well as a coveted influencer and brand ambassador.
 
With this being said Roxy is also a devoted Mother to three beautiful girls and a wife to her best friend, Jacques, “Being a Mother and Wife is one of the most difficult and challenging things you’ll ever get to do, but certainly the most rewarding!”
Roxy believes, ‘by taking everyone with you, you’re never leaving anyone behind, this is the true spirit of Ubuntu!’

Francinette Zagorski
Independent Auditor

Francinette Zagorski is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in management positions for over 10 years helping large corporations turn their businesses around.

She has recently worked closely with business rescue practitioners with the restructure and winddown of Edcon and is now the Finance Manager of Jet at TFG.

Francinette is the founder of both Zagorski Chartered Accountants and Horizon Accounting and Advisory.

These companies have helped clients turn their accounting problems into financial solutions in the most efficient and effective ways.

The companies are equipped to support freelancers and start-ups as well as commercial businesses.

Monique Terblanche
Marketing & Operations Manager

Monique Terblanche is a force to be reckoned with as she holds a degree in Psychology and Labour Relations from North-West University (NWU).

Monique began her career in the education industry when she interned as a personal assistant and assisted the human resource department and further managed learners with disabilities while they completed their NQF leaderships. Still staying within the education sphere, Monique worked her way up the corporate ladder and began assisting within the operations and marketing fields. Monique prides herself on being actively involved in women empowerment initiatives. It was here that she made a career field change and found herself working in both the legal professional space and managing operations and marketing for a women empowerment platform. She has a passion for graphic design, marketing as well a operational systems. Her negotiation, sales and marketing skills makes her an asset in any organisation.
