Eligibility:
Participants must be between the ages of 20 and 55 years old at the time of application.
Proof of age may be required.
Application Process:
All applicants must complete the designated application form, providing accurate and truthful information.
Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable registration fee will be required for each participant.
Events:
Participants will be required to attend all pageant events for their pageant year.
Pageant events will be held in South Africa, Gauteng in the city of Johannesburg.
No virtual attendance will be made available for participants.
Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to uphold a high standard of behaviour and sportsmanship throughout the pageant process.
Any form of inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification.
Attire and Presentation:
Participants are responsible for their wardrobe and presentation during the pageant unless otherwise stated by the pageant.
Attire should be tasteful and appropriate for family-friendly events.
Judging Criteria:
Participants will be judged based on criteria such as poise, confidence, talent, and interview performance.
The judging panel’s decision is final and may not be appealed
Image Release:
Participants consent to the use of their images, videos, and names for promotional and media purposes related to the pageant.
Responsibilities:
Winners may be required to fulfill certain responsibilities during their reign, including but not limited to, attending events, promoting the pageant, and participating in community service.
Disqualification:
The pageant reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in behaviour deemed inappropriate.
Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during the application process will be handled in accordance with the pageant’s privacy policy.
Amendments:
The pageant reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
By submitting an application, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
